Please note that our warranty and refund policy applies only to orders purchased directly from snooor.com


EUROPE - The Snooor wearable Limited Warranty

SNOOOR warrants that your Snooor wearable (the “Wearable") will be free from defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Product arises (i) within the first 30 days of purchase and the Wearable is purchased directly from SNOOOR, then you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy below; or (ii) otherwise during the Warranty Period, SNOOOR will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished Wearable or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Wearable. This Warranty does not apply to (a) Wearables you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (b) where the instructions for use and activation of the Wearable are not complied with; or (c) where the Wearable is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.


ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.

THE SNOOOR WEARABLE IS DESIGNED SOLELY AS A POSITIONAL TRAINER TO AID YOU IN SLEEPING BETTER. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE WEARABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THE INTENDED DESIGN.


EUROPE - SNOOOR Refund Policy

SNOOOR has worked diligently to create a product you will find effective and we believe you will love your Snooor wearable. However, we realize the Wearable you receive from SNOOOR may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Wearable may return all Snooor wearables purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and SNOOOR will exchange it or provide a full refund back to the original form of payment for the original purchase price.  Please note that this policy applies only to Wearables you purchase directly from SNOOOR’s website. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the Snooor wearable two (2) years Worldwide Warranty referred to above.

All returns must be authorized. To authorize a return, please follow instructions outlined below.


UNITED STATES & OTHER REGIONS - The Snooor wearable Limited Warranty

SNOOOR warrants that your Snooor wearable hardware product ("the Wearable") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Wearable arises within the Warranty Period, SNOOOR will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished Wearable or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Wearable.  This Warranty does not apply to Wearable that you purchased from unauthorized resellers; (a) where the instructions for use and activation of the Wearable are not complied with; or (b) where the Wearable is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

CLAIMS PROCESS FOR ALL REGIONS

To obtain remedies under this Warranty, SNOOOR must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") from SNOOOR and return the defective Wearable together with proof of purchase to the address specified by SNOOOR in connection with the RMA. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Wearable back to SNOOOR. By sending the Wearable, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to SNOOOR. SNOOOR may not return the original Product to Consumer. SNOOOR warrants that any repaired or replaced Wearable is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, SNOOOR shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Wearable to the Consumer. Any product returned to SNOOOR without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in SNOOOR’s sole discretion.


Requesting a refund

Your order of the Snooor wearable is eligible for a refund if you've had it for less than 30 days. Your order must be returned in good condition with original packaging. Prior to returning the order, contact us to receive the proper return instructions.

Partial returns are not eligible for a refund. For example: If you ordered multiple wearable and stickers, you must return all items to receive a refund.

Note: SNOOOR can only refund orders placed directly through snooor.com. If you purchased our products through another party, such as Amazon.com or our retail partners, please contact them directly for a refund.


Return and refund instructions

Once you have submitted your refund request, you will be contacted within one business day with your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions on how to return your order.

You may wish to use a package-shipping service that is able to track shipments. Note: SNOOOR is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of any orders.

Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the products in your original order are included with the return and that the products are in good physical condition. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund. Please note that incomplete returns cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent out with information on when the refund should be expected.

Note: Refunds will only be refunded back to the original form of payment.
